Gateway Urgent Care - Val Vista

Great people. Great service. Husband actually enjoyed his time. Ended up having two very deeply embedded large wood slivers near a knuckle of right hand, one 1 1/2 inches long. We were all surprised what she pulled out. Took some doing too. Very pleased.

This urgent care is amazing. I had an accident and required stitches. I needed to return several times as my injury was pretty severe. In all, I had 4 visits. Each time I came in, every person from the front desk to the physicians I saw were caring and competent. I cannot say enough about how great they all are and how much care and compassion I received. If you need care, go there.

I had a reoccurrence of a previous infection. The FNP changed the protocol and I am experiencing relief. My shoulder problem was a deep bruise with nothing broken. A slow heal.

I was contemplating on stopping at first - you know how urgent visits are - you could be waiting for hours. I must’ve walked in at a good time ☺️ The receptionist was very welcoming - Very clean office and inviting. The doctor there was very friendly and thorough I was in and out of there within 10 minutes, give or take. Thank you for addressing my needs and being great help - within a timely matter. I didn’t have to stop at a store to get a prescription. They had it there on hand.
