Super clean, staff is amazing, waiting time very reasonable. You can book online as well. Dr Kelly was so nice and professional. We went there for my 11 year old daughter. Dr Kelly took care of us with all provided information and care. Thank you

I needed medical attention promptly on a Saturday. I was catching a flight to Europe the next day. I was seen promptly. Staff was very professional. Doctor listened and provided excellent care. The whole experience, from the registration to the exam was prompt and efficient. I’d say it was as nice as seeing my own provider, even better. I highly recommend this facility.

I had a mixed experience at this urgent care. I thought if I was made an appointment that I would receive care prior to walk-ins. This is not the case. They work on a first come first serve basis. After they took my vitals, I waited 45 minutes before the provider saw me. This created a poor customer experience for me as I expected to be prioritized due to making an appointment. On a positive note, the check-in process and ease of working with the provider was positive. I do like the staff at this location. If I were to return in the future, I would not make an appointment or expect to be seen quickly.

Fine, except that the cost was very high. Didn’t know Medicare folks had to pay so much! Paid $0 at Banner. Crazy! Appointment was quick and to the point. The prescription was ready at Safeway right away. Now I can get better!

We made an appointment for my daughter. We were seen right away. The staff was friendly and professional. Everything was so much easier than our previous experience at another urgent care. The out of pocket costs were also much lower, and our prescription was immediately sent to the pharmacy. We will definitely return again the next time we are in need!
