Gateway Urgent Care

My problem was addressed professionally & accurately by the pa. I’m really glad for proper medicine to heal more quickly. The wait time was good. The space was quiet, up-kept, & aesthetic. However, I came in wearing a mask knowing I wasn’t feeling well. The ladies at the front desk were consistently sniffling, wiping noses, & obviously did not feel 100%. Please wear a mask when you work in healthcare where people come with low immune systems for treatment. I understand people need to work but use a mask. An absolute win would be putting disinfectant wipes in the lobby for patients to clean where they sit because people can come in with anything from MRSA to strep or a simple work physical. I had a good experience. I needed to have a xray for my lungs, I have copd for years now. My PA Paula was fantastic. I will definitely go back to see her. Less than a mile from my house is another big plus. Thanks for your help, surely appreciated.

Was having lots of chest congestion and cough. Arrived around 8:30 am and had a short wait, after paperwork. Assistant was very pleasant and efficient, and was concerned about my health. PA Monica Rowe was very thorough, doing chest xray, breathing treatment, and called in meds for me. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Convenient location, easy to set an appointment for the same day. My regular doctor was two weeks out for next available. Not acceptable for someone in pain. Staff was friendly and the wait was only a few minutes. The provider was knowledgeable and professional. Total visit was maybe 30 minutes. I highly recommend Gateway when you need urgent care.

This clinic and Staff are top on the scale of quality,care and knowledge that we have received at the visit. Starting with the reception desk Cassie..the Nurse and The Best Was Dr. Monica who provided excellent care with explaining the disease and treatment options. I just wished that All medical professionals were working on that level. We were amazed the way we were treated . Thank you for your help when we needed the most.
