This eye care is Great , the workers are also very understanding and helpful. They have lots of very nice frames at a good price! The eye doctor is super knowledgeable and friendly, love the service here. Definitely recommend 10/10!

I had a very frustrating experience here. I asked multiple times about using my daughter’s Parkland Medicaid for her glasses and was told her astigmatism wasn’t medically necessary and Medicaid wouldn’t cover her lenses — yet they never even submitted it. The price they gave me was $165, which I couldn’t afford, and they didn’t offer any help. I went to Eye to Eye on Garland Road in Dallas, and they immediately ran her Medicaid, helped us without hesitation, and only charged $30. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Parents should make sure insurance is actually submitted before being told it won’t be covered. Thank God I found a clinic that helped me.

Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience I would like to share my recent experience at this Gateway Optical, which was very disappointing. This past Friday, I was traveling from North Texas for my appointment. On the way, I called the office to inform them that I was stuck in traffic but would arrive within 10 minutes. I arrived at 4:10 PM instead of 4pm. When I approached the counter, two ladies rolled their eyes at me and handed me a form to fill out. While I was completing it, they started talking to each other and then told me I could not see the doctor because I was 10 minutes late. I asked why this was not mentioned right when I arrived, but received no answer. When I asked who the manager was, one of the ladies said she was the manager. Despite my effort to communicate and trav
