The worst service from the billing lady at this dental offoce. She is telling me that a deep cleaning is "recommended" but I can not "dictate" ( her words) what I can ask for or not. And I'm telling her that if its recommended why can I choose to not get the deep cleaning done and just do my regular schedule cleaning. And expecting me to pay $600 for the deep cleaning. And because I didnt want to get the "recommended" deep cleaning she she is was good to go. The worst service I experienced.

After experiencing More than 5 years of bad dentistry. I found a home, Gateway Dental Group the staff is kind and caring, the dentist is just awesome. If you want detailed explanation of what's going on with your mouth this is the perfect place. I guess I had to kiss two really bad frogs in order to get to the princess of dentistry. Bravo! for such an excellent. experience.

I love going to the dentist because the team at Gateway Dental Group, especially Claudia… is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had stopped scheduling regular dentist visits due to negative prior experiences. However, that is no longer the case and I actually look forward to my dentist visits now!

I am writing this on my parents behalf. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! We found this place through our insurance and thought it looked ok. He had a terrible experience and wasted 2 hours of his life and didn’t even get a cleaning. He sat there for 2 hours when someone finally came and told him that they would have to reschedule him cause they were now in a meeting. They also told him that his co-pay would be 100 dollars when our insurance completely covers it. Absolutely unbelievable and extremely frustrating. They are complete scammers and money hungry. Going to report this to our insurance company for further review.

I had a great experience at Gateway Dental Riverside! The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked they made me feel welcome and comfortable. The hygienist Claudia did an amazing job with my cleaning. Dr. Ajayi did an excellent job with my crown and took the time to explain everything clearly, and she does an excellent job administering the local anesthetic. And Daniela was wonderful throughout the process, she was super attentive and caring. I’m really grateful for the care and attention I received. If you’re looking for a dental office with a team that truly cares, I highly recommend Gateway Dental in Riverside!
