Gates Pharmacy

I love this local pharmacy, they greet me by name, are always friendly and have the prescription medications that my doctor prescribes every time. They are quick and even offer delivery. Compared to chain pharmacies, the experience offered at Gates is far superior, for Instance, no or short lines and down home hospitality. Would highly recommend.....

The people that work at Gates Pharmacy are top notch. Kasey, Ashley, and Mary are always so friendly and ready to help as you walk thru the door. My new go to Pharmacy. Thank you for making a trip there enjoyable !

Called today 01-27-26 spoke to Neil the pharmacist told him that my insurance told me to go there he told me they did not take my insurance even though a good friend of mine has the same insurance but he said they take theirs and I called him out on it called him a liar and he said sorry for the confusion there was no confusion he flat out lied to me and then he said get your prescriptions sent in then I can tell you first off no thank you dont want a pharmacist filling my medicines that point blank lie you know what insurance you are with at least I hope you do I told him he should just admit he lied and apologize and he wouldn't so be wary

It's so refreshing to walk into a pharmacy where you are greeted by your first name, almost everyone knows you, and you get your medicines right away with no hassles. This is a great pharmacy and they follow up on what you need and take care of you. Couldn't be happier! At this writing I've only been a Gates Pharmacy customer for a week! If you're in the Mount Airy or surrounding you should come check them out. I haven't seen kind and friendly service like this for a LOOOONNNGGG Time.
