Gastroenterology of the Rockies - Lafayette

I had a very good experience with everyone at GI of the Rockies except for the provider I saw on 2/5/26. I have been in the health care field for more than 35 years so I know what is expected from us during patient/provider interaction. I was not given the opportunity to express my feelings about a procedure without being cut off, talked over and ultimately deciding to not continue the conversation. A little ENCORE would have been appreciated during this visit as sometimes even those of us in healthcare need a bit more time to work though the pros and cons of screening procedures. I did not leave this appointment with the feeling that the best decision was made for my care moving forward. Again the MA and the front desk personnel were very kind and helpful, during their part of the visit

My doctor is amazing. He totally gave a test that has shed some light on an issue. Unfortunately for me, scheduling the follow up to discuss the results is a no-go. Not another appointment with him for 3 months. :(

Very accommodating in scheduling my appointment. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Katie Veira expertly answered all questions and gave plain language explanations during my exam. Always impressed with the level of medical competency and for the endoscopies and colonoscopies they have performed for me as well as the follow-ups.

Wow what a refreshing experience to deal with Dr. Raju! Extremely attentive and easy to talk to, he made me feel most comfortable in a sum what awkward situation. His entire staff was amazing, highly recommended!

I was treated so well by everyone I encountered. Katie is very personable, clearly understood my issues and though I find it so rare, she actually read my chart and was informed about my history with Crohn's. I look forward to having Katie do my follow up appointments. Even if I have to go to Longmont!
