I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I originally spoke with a member of Dr. Raskin’s staff before booking to explain I had a vacation coming up and needed to get some relief beforehand. She reassured me we had more than enough time (5ish weeks) to get seen, run some tests, and take action. That gave me a lot of confidence. When I met Dr. Raskin, I was impressed. He listened, had great insights, and made me feel like we had a clear path forward. He said the office would follow up the next business day, which they did, asking me to check with my insurance before they submitted the orders. My visits are always pleasant. Dr Raskin n his staff are very nice. He has been my Dr for over 5 years or so. I have recommended several people to him and we all are satisfied.

Dr. Tepler is absolutely fantabulous; kind, caring, accommodating, intelligent; super Doctor. His Office Staff is equally wonderful. I recently met with Dr. Tepler as a new patient at his Jersey City office when I was experiencing severe stomach pain, cramping, vomiting, etc. After a very short wait (filling out paperwork, Insurance verification), I was seen by Dr. Tepler. He and I discussed what was going on; he eased my concerns right away. During the examination (quick and easy) he prescribed medication for my stomach pain; ordered a Cologuard Test for me to take at home; arranged a follow up meeting with me for December. Dr Tepler is the man. He and the staff are kind, clear communicators, and patient comfort is a priority. Feels like a medical practice, not a business!

I recently needed to have a pre-operative endoscopy done and looked for a local gastroenterologist that was well-reviewed. Dr. Tepler and his staff were eager to assist me, courteous, knowledgeable, and just plain pleasant to work with. I was immediately at ease with Dr. Tepler, and felt that he truly placed my best interests medically at the forefront. My endoscopy was explained every step of the way from starting an IV to what to expect afterward. I felt well taken care of and would highly recommend Dr. Tepler and his team. They have absolutely earned their ratings!
