I have been going to Dr Shah for over 12 years because he's simply THE BEST! He is so easy to talk to as he takes time with you, listens, & definitely makes you feel that you are the most important person. He is incredibly knowledgeable & most of All wants to truly help you get better or be better! He also puts you at ease with his tone & sense of humor! An added bonus is he also has THE BEST Office Staff! From Reception to Medical Asst to procedure scheduling, I literally leave Happy every time!

I have been a patient of Dr. Rau's for many years. She is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! She is always concerned and NEVER rushes you through your appointment. She listens and caringly gives you her advice. I recommend her to the world! Just love her! Her staff is very friendly also!

The doctor and all the staff, from the receptionist to the nurses, were courteous, respectful, efficient, and professional. They seemed genuinely concerned about my brother Otis's wellbeing. I would gladly recommend them to my family and friends.

Very nice doctor, easy to get into see!! Update: After having an upper GI, I was prescribed medication which interacted with medication I was already on causing severe kidney area pain and other symptoms. The symptoms were so severe almost took myself to the ER. I discontinued this medication after 3 days. When I mentioned it to my doctor he said he had never heard of an interaction between the two drugs, even though I found the interaction on Google. I questioned the interaction and he repeatedly said "let's get past this". I felt like he was being dismissive. Although easy to get in to see I'm not sure I would recommend him again.

DrMichael Kafrouni does not rush off when seeing you he has one of the greatest bed side manners I have ever seen.He genuinely cares about his patients and very detailed in explaining things to you.He is an excellent doctor.
