Staff was great, friendly, and helpful. The procedure went well. Dr Choi is great and would highly recomend him. Staff followed up the next day to check on me. I would highly recommend this group and team again.

Absolutely unbelievable. Dr Baroni seems nice, but when I came to him with an acute problem, I only saw him once. From then on I was shuffled to 4 other providers, in the middle of a series of tests. Not one of them communicated with me after initially ordering tests. Not one of them had any suggestions as to how to relieve my pain and other serious symptoms that brought me here to begin with. They will tell you that the provider who ordered the test will contact you to discuss results but this is a lie. What I got, and what they insisted was their policy, was a clinician who relayed results and orders for a new tests. They actually refused a callback from an NP when I requested it, due to this “policy”. I’m sorry but I have questions! Oh, questions? Apparently not allowed! The final nail

Very bad service. Dr. seems nice but no accountability. They scheduled wrong procedure first later despite the appointment I was waiting for 2hrs. in the office without any information. After the procedure they told you get medication to pharmacy after three days I found nothing was send. After reaching to their office people they told mis information and didn't accept any mistake. After three days of procedure I am struggling to find the prescription. Pharmacy is telling they didn't receive anything and dr. office is not ready to handover prescription to me. People from office doesn't accept their mistakes and they talk it like its normal process. She told they are following their process - not sending prescription for three days is the process?

I have only great things to say about Dr. Kim and his team. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Plus, they got me in and out of my procedure quickly! I highly recommend them!
