I want to express my deepest gratitude to Francisco Conde for the exceptional care he provided to my father. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and incredibly compassionate. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure my father felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. It is rare to find a provider who combines medical expertise with such genuine kindness. We felt truly cared for, and my father received outstanding attention. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE STAY AWAY I had a procedure schedule for 1 pm with arrival at 12 noon. They called me at 8:45am and asked if I could come in at 10am I said yes. I get there and wait 90 minutes and go up to the front where I received a oh no and turned her head around The receptionist said I will go check. She comes back and said they will come get you, hmmmm another 30 minutes goes by and I went back up to the front and got 100% attitude because they asked me to come in early but now you have made me wait two hours. Finally after two hours of waiting they take me in the back to only make me wait another 90 minutes. After scheduling my procedure six weeks in advance, your office failed to call in my prep prescription until less than 24 hours before. I reorganized my entire schedule to prepare properly, and my time has value. Yet I still ended up scrambling because your staff neglected to do something as basic as send a prescription to the pharmacy on time. The morning before the procedure, I made five phone calls trying to get someone—anyone—to correct the issue. I repeatedly told the receptionist that the prep they called in was the wrong one and that the transfer line wasn’t working. Three times in a row, she transferred me anyway, fully aware that no one was answering on the other end. On the third attempt, I even explained again that the transfer line was dead, but she still insisted on transferr

The person at the check-in desk was very quiet and almost rude to us but after sat laughing with coworker. She sat combing her hair with her fingers while my husband filled out a form. It was not a very welcoming experience.

My experience with this office has been profoundly negative. I endured an eight-month wait for an endoscopy, which was an extremely long wait and a very necessary test for diagnosis and may ultimately require a surgical intervention. The time gap between caused some discrepancies in instructions. First and foremost, an employee was reading out loud my list of medications and medical questions/surgeries in an area that other patients can hear, as only a cloth curtain separated sight not from sound. This was a violation of HIPAA regulations, as everyone was listening. The office manager was gossiping about me to other employees, which is inappropriate and disrespectful.
