Never even saw the doctor . After a 35 minute drive to the appointment, I evidently was 4 minutes past the 15 minute “deadline “ for a prescription list. And, when I provided, and told them the frequency, I was not believed. My word was inadequate. I was deemed for a reschedule. Not just no, but, hell, no! If I could give a zero, I would! And, I think I got charged for this nonsense!😬😞

Mixed feelings. They have their act together once you get in there. I was impressed with Dr. Samuel Johnson who took the time to answer my million questions. It meant a lot. However, it took my 6 WEEKS to get in as a new patient. 6 WEEKS of GI pain just waiting. I called in between that time to see if they could get me in sooner - Nope. Also. Be prepared to pay $$$$. My copay (normally $25) was $177. Due at time of visit. They said it was the max insurance allowed them to charge me? They definitely go above and beyond to treat you but just be prepared that that means a lot will come out of your pocket. So again, mixed feelings. I think I would conclude with do EVERYTHING you can with a PCP but go here if you absolutely need it.

I had a terrible experience here. My lab work was lost, several phone calls were left unreturned, personal information was entered incorrectly. The doctor spent less than 10 minutes with me and spoke to me at auctioneer speed. Did not give me any time to answer questions at all. Antibiotics were given without a diagnosis or lab results. And...when I tried to get a copy of my records when I moved, I was unable to get them. They said they would contact me when their system was up and going again. That was 3+ weeks ago and I still don't have them. But I guess that's what you expect when they see 130+ patients between 4 doctors. I guess they didn't have time for me as a patient.

Dr. Johnson is the best doctor I have ever seen before. He takes the time to listen to you and the issues you’ve been having. He does not rush you and make you feel like he has to get to the next patient. He asks all the right questions to get you to the right test to get you the answers you need. He does not stop until you have answers. This is a doctor who was born to help others in need. Thank you Dr. Johnson for helping me with all my health problems and giving me faith in being healed. Had my 6month follow up appt on 8/22 @9am. When I arrived I was informed that I did not have an appt. After about 10 min of the receptionist trying to find out what was going on she told me my appt was canceled. I was told the 6mo follow wasn't necessary so they took it upon themselves to cancel my appt and then not even call me to let me know. Very unprofessional
