Comfortable and very nicely decorated waiting room. Pleasant staff upon arrival. Nurses were genuinely kind and explained each step clearly. I could overhear them talking so kindly to another patient. The prep room was clean and well lit and the warm blanket was a comfort. I was encouraged that the procedure was a breeze now that prep day was over , and it was. Dr Lee has chosen a great staff to work along side him.

The staff were very attentive and kind. They made sure I was comfortable and explained every step from prep to the actual procedure and recovery time. They asked if I had any questions to put my mind at ease , that they would keep me comfortable. Before I was taken into the procedure room, Dr Lee came in the prep room and thoroughly explained the procedure. He also reassured me that he would keep me comfortable during the entire procedure. They all delivered. It was a good experience for what you would think would be a very unpleasant experience. Thank you to the entire staff for your care and compassion! E Sullivan

My whole experience at Gastro Health beginning with scheduling my appointment, to completing my procedure could not have been any better. The front desk receptionist happily and kindly greeted me and checked me in. Then all of the medical team in back were kind, attentive to my needs, and professional. Dr. Lee kindly spoke with me before the procedure, again making me feel very comfortable. I also received a text message from Dr. Lee a few hours later, explaining how the procedure went, the findings, and when I need to return. Perfect. Having personality worked in a medical clinic for 40 years, thus having an understanding of what goes on, I expect the kind of treatment I was given today. I recommend Dr. Lee and his staff at Gastro Health to anyone who is in need of this specific special

Gastro Health and their team was great. I went in for my first procedure, and throughout the process - their team was communicative, helpful, reassuring and kind. The procedure went as easy as it could, their follow up was timely and thorough. I would highly recommend Gastro Health TC. Dr. Pornchai Leelasinjaroen was awesome - couldn’t have asked for better care. The only part of the process that was bad (and not Gastro Health fault at all) was that prep drink (GAG!) It’s 2026 people, we put corn syrup and all kinds of artificial sweeteners in everything! But the entire gastroenterology field can’t seem come up with a prep drink that doesn’t make everyone want to throw up?! Nobel Peace price to the first person who can fix this problem lol

These folks are the ncest you will ever meet in the medical community. However, not on the appt side, pre approval side and billing side. I had to call their approval dept as insurance card numbers were transposed and they would not verify -just said there was no insurance. On the billing side.... I have paid my bill in full in January 2, 2026 and it has cleared my account and I am still getting billed! The office cannot help me. It is a billing company that will not prcoess even after submitting proof of payment. Also, I had asked for NO fentanyl to be used - I find out later that YES in fact it was used for my sedation. Frustrating.
