Worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical office. Communication with the staff has been extremely poor. I’ve been trying to obtain my prescription for a colonoscopy preparation, but my calls have gone unanswered. When I did receive a response, I was sent to the pharmacy twice, only to find that my prescription had not been submitted. This level of service is very disappointing.

My experience with GastroHealth has been very disappointing. The nurses and the overall establishment seem more focused on money than on genuine patient care. Their first approach is almost always to push for a colonoscopy, rather than taking the time to properly investigate the root of the problem. There is no real follow-up, no true concern for patients, and no effort to provide clear or thoughtful responses. Even after I voiced my concerns directly to the head of the company, I saw no meaningful change. During my last visit, I was treated in a dismissive way — with eye-rolling and disregard for what I was experiencing. This lack of professionalism left me feeling uncared for and unheard. My first visit was a wonderful experience. Very easy and quick.

My experience was great, nice and pleasant. My ARNP was great,every one that touch me,was great.

The people who are answering the appointment lines are very rude and curt. The woman who answered my first phone call said she couldn’t hear me. The moment I said “please hold on one second” so that I can transition from speaker to regular phone call, she disconnected phone after say “uggh.” I was shocked because she hung up while I was asking for her to give me a brief moment. It was only going to take me literally 2-3 seconds to switch from speaker to regular voice call. I called back again and got a different lady who was also very curt. The moment she confirmed the appointment she ended the phone call. I do know that health care centers like these don’t really regard you as a patient but more as a client, however, we are still people and should at least be given the common courtesy of
