I found the staff quite kind and helpful. The doctor never did help even one bit with the problem I had. I had multiple appointment. They just keep you coming back and guessing at a diagnosis. The real problem is the billing. They just keep sending bills. I paid the bills. I asked if that was the end of it and they can't really give a straight answer. Today I received another bill for the bill I recently paid. They also sent me to collections even though I paid for everything they were asking for (so far). I'm expecting them to keep billing me for already paid bills, and sending me to collections again. Not sure why, but they just do it. I'm certain I'm not the only one. Use this office at your own risk.

Kristin was amazing. She explained things thoroughly and did not rush me. So very knowledgeable even understanding more about my Addison's Disease than some Endocrinologists I've seen. You are lucky to have such a good Dr. I'm so impressed

This place scheduled a colonoscopy appointment for my 75-year-old mother, but the front desk mistakenly entered the date as November 1st instead of November 11th. This appointment was scheduled three months ago, and my mother had been very nervous about it, mentally preparing herself for weeks. Because of their error, she had to go through the full colon clean-out preparation, which was extremely difficult and uncomfortable for her. Both she and my 80-year-old father, who was accompanying her, didn’t sleep the entire night before and then traveled nearly 50 minutes to get there, only to be told that the appointment was actually scheduled for a later date. My six month follow up appointment was scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. Past appointments we’re not as reasonable. Krystal CNP is so thorough and caring.

Great care given by whole staff! Doctors, PA, nurses, and office staff all were caring and professional. Only problem is calls into business. When staff is busy with patient an answering machine let's you leave 1 message and someone will call you back in the next 24hrs. No very caring. Try calling back instead.
