I had a very positive experience at this endoscopy clinic. The staff was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The doctor Baaz Mishiev explained the procedure clearly and answered all my questions, which helped reduce my anxiety. The front desk staff were especially kind, helpful, and welcoming. They also offer snacks and water/juice after the procedure, which was a very nice touch The procedure itself went smoothly, and everything was well organized and clean. The nurses were attentive and caring before and after the procedure. I really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs an endoscopy or colonoscopy. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent care.

Dr. Alex Al Khoury is an excellent doctor. He was very thorough, took the time to explain everything, and carefully reviewed all the results. He performed the procedure to examine my stomach (the one I had been preparing for), and it went much smoother than I expected. The staff was also amazing, very kind, professional, and supportive throughout the whole visit. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Al Khoury to everyone I know.

From front desk to the back office, everything was excellent. It’s a breath of fresh air interacting with anyone in the office. Had a colonoscopy 3 years ago and till this day I still talk about the experience. Absolutely Amazing!

Due to personal reasons, I needed an appointment ASAP. I spoke with Tanika which Ms. Carol, which was extremely caring about my situation, and transferred me to Tanika. I left her a voicemail, and for my surprise, received a call back before end of the day. Tanika, was very understanding of the urgency, and went above and beyond to accommodate my appointment with Dr. Alex Al Khoury, in order to schedule my procedure for the end of the month. I'll forever be extremely grateful for the team work and effort it took from them, to make this happen for me. Also, Dr. Al Khoury is the BEST!!! He's not only check what is related to his specialty, but also everything pertaining to my health overall. Amazing Doctor and staff!!!

I am writing to share feedback about my recent visit. I appreciated the efficiency of completing the initial forms online. However, upon arrival, I was given additional forms to fill out by the receptionist, which was unexpected. Despite this, the entire staff was excellent. The receptionist was courteous and polite, the medical assistant was thorough and courteous, and the doctor was well-informed and courteous. Overall, it was a great experience, which is not commonly seen these days.
