The Professionalism and how they treat each person as an individual is so nice. Everyone smiles with you and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They reassure you that you will be taken care of. Those are the simple but necessary things missing in a lot of medical offices. Also, you are allowed all the time needed to ask questions making sure you understand the entire process. It was a great experience.

The staff at Gastro Health in Alexandria was friendly, professional and courteous. The office was clean and organized. They made my entire visit smooth and comfortable. Dr Susan was professional, attentative, knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, truly listened to my concerns, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate their efficiency and warm approach. I felt comfortable and well cared for - Highly recommend this office.

I was very impressed with the care I received recently on a Friday afternoon. I called the office because a pain in my side that started yesterday was getting worse and I knew I couldn't get through the weekend. I also knew it was diverticulitis, which I have had before. The office called in two antibiotic prescriptions to my pharmacy, and an appointment was also made for me to come in the following Tuesday. As a precaution, the doctor also ordered a CT Scan, which I had two days later. Everything just seemed to go like clockwork, efficiently and quickly.

Several things you’re doing quite well, such as making it easy to schedule an appt. Also, Staff (Nurse Practitioner Susan) listens and understands symptoms I was describing and had great ideas in order to work on the problem.

Awesome!!! Dr. Malhotra and his PA Miranda are awesome. They listen to you, spend needed time and taylor a strategy to address your health issues. They are compassionate and deliver excellent care. I am happy to have them as my team to take care of my health and medical needs. Overll, a very talented medical team.
