Dr. Bleich is an outstanding provider. She’s kind, attentive, and has a genuinely comforting bedside manner. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. She’s understandably hard to book with, as she’s one of the only women providers in the office, but she is absolutely worth the wait. That said, I am currently waiting two months to be seen by Dr. Bleich, and the challenges I’ve experienced during that wait have been with the front office and scheduling process. When I called with concerning symptoms, I was told I had “canceled seven appointments,” which was completely inaccurate. I’ve been seeing Dr Hyatt for a couple of years. He’s excellent. He takes to time to really listen and I never feel rushed. All the other staff there has been great, as well.

Dr. Hyatt is a fantastic doctor that is helping me with my disease. His assistant, the staff, and infusion nurses all do an excellent job and I can tell they really care about me and aren't trying to rush to the next person. Also the infusion nurses do an excellent job it doesn't take them multiple times to give me an IV they are pros. I don't know about the other doctors at the practice but ask for Dr. Hyatt!

Although the office is beautiful and the staff is friendly, this practice sent my protected health information, insurance, and phone number to a pharmacy I had never heard of, without my permission. This is *illegal*. I have preferred pharmacies in my patient profile, yet nobody asked if I wanted my PRIVATE info sent somewhere else. The office manager called me after I canceled my appointment and apologized, but kept trying to justify their actions. Inexcusable.

Had an endoscopy done a few days ago and never have been put under! Let’s just say it couldn’t have gone any better! Laura the nurse was absolutely so wonderful… definitely THE BEST nurse I’ve ever encountered. Michael DeSimone (GI DR) was absolutely great! Every person I talked to prior said they had a sore throat after, I had ZERO side effects. Absolutely Amazing team! Keep up the great work
