My daughter has seen Dr McMillan since she was born and its always great to see her. Dr McMullan and staff are always wonderful, the office is clean, and they are efficient with getting us in and out of our appoijtments. I will be sad when she ages out and has to go to another provider.

I love Gastonia peds! I am shocked by some of these reviews because I have never experienced any rude or stale attitudes by the staff they are all so nice at the front desk. After Dr Watts left they have had 2 new Drs and they both have been great. All 5 of my children go here and only here. Dr. Walker-Mcmullen is thorough she will take her time with you and make sure you understand whats going on and your treatment plan which is very appreciated. Dr. Grossman is the sweetest, most gentle Dr. I've ever met and my kids adore her. The office is nostalgic as it is an older building but very clean. They are open 7 days a week AND after regular business hours which is more than you could ever ask for in a Dr.s Office, they really care about our kids. Thank you Gastonia Peds!

I love the fact that I can bring my children in to be seen anytime, and any day. That’s not something you get to do often. The staff are nice. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

They are very friendly and always make sure to get my child in as soon as they can. I went there as a child and now my baby is also going there. They have made sure to give a lovely attitude.

I really hate to do this. I really love this doctor's office. My kids have been going here since they were babies. They are 5 and 7 now. I don't know what has happened. We have noticed some new faces and some changes, but Everyone seems in a bad mood in a hurry. No bedside manners anymore. And I don't understand because they used to be so kind and so sweet. I do not know what has happened and the woman up front now. She has no manners, no, please, no, thank you, and we'll just leave you standing there. I had to actually ask her if she needed anything else for me. She didn't even look up, just said, no. I was like, okay, thank you. I don't know what happened to this place.
