Gary Torbey DO : Seaway Valley Eye Care

First of all they don't take Medicare for eyeglasses. Second of all I've been there on numerous times and my eyes keep getting worse and worse and they keep telling me to come back every 6 months. I'm sure he's good with other people but this has been a horrible experience working with him

Missed an appointment so rescheduled when I got there I had to pay an extra fifty dollars for missed appointment the first and only one I missed I can see if it was on a reg basis but it is human to forget things ....so I left as much as I needed this appointment the secretary didn't care to hear that I had pain in my eye

From the office staff, the techs,to Dr.Torby - I feel I am getting quality care. They are patient and answer all my questions clearly . I've never had a long wait. 😀 Thanks!

I was pleasantly surprised by the great experience that I had at a recent appointment with Dr. Torbey. The staff were all very nice and my 2:15 appointment was on time. Dr. Torbey made me feel very comfortable and he let me know what every test that I had was for. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an opthomologist in the North country.

Doctor Torbey's office was professional and my eye exam was thorough. Dr. explained everything he was doing as well as his findings. I felt my concerns were addressed and explained fully. I would recommend Dr. Torbey to anyone with eye issues.
