I’ve become a huge fan of some of the doctors and that I’ve encountered here. I see a few specialists and they are all great. Wait time isn’t too bad, expect to wait typically between 15 and 20 minutes from your scheduled time. The waiting areas outside of the doctors offices are nice and up to date. Some have magazines to read, others have a television on. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and offers help when you need it. The doctors here are very helpful as well and polite. They seem to have a good understanding of what’s going on medically wise.

I came to Garnet Hospital by ambulance. The Ambulance drivers were trained and strong. I arrived in the ER around 12 pm Sunday and was met by an amazing caring team. The nurses, registration, and constant check in made me feel seen and heard. The doctor was outstanding with getting to the root cause of my issue and the radiologist that performed the CT with contrast went above and beyond. I won't forget his advice to move forward and that it will be okay and his caring demeanor during an emergency situation. Kept me calm when I was absolutely not. I was admitted and being I was in the ER things moved pretty quickly. I was in the ER for 4 hours specifically to get fluid, and necessary tests. I just had a baby three days ago at garnet health and I cannot stop telling people how amazing the staff is! Especially Shay, my main Labor and delivery nurse. She had it dialed in! I had an epidural and she set me up in lots of different positions (ask about the peanut ball) and I had that baby out in no time when it came time to deliver. Everyone down to the food service people were great. The hospital itself has private, big rooms. It’s pretty no frills in the amenities department, the couch that your support person sleeps on is not gonna be great. This is definitely not the kinda hospital that gives you a Chanel gift bag on the way out. This hospital desperately needs an update. The ER is small and the rooms in the ER is not efficiently equipped to prevent accidents and cross contamination. I’m not in risk management but some things were just obvious. Like having to take a blood contaminated tool and cross over the bed of the patient in the next bed to put it in the contaminated bin on the wall was absolutely insane to watch. What if the blood dripped on the patient? Those ER room were not meant to be shared. But since they are they need to be configured in a way that facilitates proper procedures. Carts in the hallways!! There should be a room dedicated specifically for these machines and supply carts. Staff visitors and patients shouldn’t be walking down the hall and having to bob and weave like its traffic on the high

Second time I’ve been to the ER and the service is PHENOMENAL. My son on the spectrum went in with fever, dizziness and passing out and they tended to him like he was one of their own. They were so caring and understanding to his disability- explaining everything. I’m so grateful from the staff right from the start, the officer wheel chairing him in and helping him out the car. The nurses and doctors all top tier. Thank you so much for all you do daily.
