I’m very grateful to have Robert Hamilton, MSN, APRN, ANP-BC as my provider. He is approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He took my concerns seriously, explained options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I particularly appreciate his positive, can do attitude! Thank you !

This place is called a urologist while they keep the bathroom doors locked in the lobby. I got dropped off early and all offices where closed for lunch so all bathrooms where closed. How does that make sense? I have a very overreacting bladder where I constantly need to pee so I just had to wait and suffer with the locked bathrooms. I see they treat a lot of elderly people there, and I have no problem with it. But in my case they wouldn’t give me any drugs or put me out with the catheter procedure. I was unable to do it because it hurt to much. But I tried because I desperately need help with my problem. The techs and nurses their where very nice to me. But when I went to see doctor Steinberg. This review pertains to both the Morristown and Mountain Lakes locations: My appointments with Dr. Chaikin have been reassuring and productive. He explained the condition of BPH and ordered several tests to further evaluate the direction forward. The facility and support personnel are also outstanding at both GSU locations. As a patient under his care, I would recommend Dr. Chaikin without reservation.

Very accomplished Doctors and staff. However they are so busy they can not returns call in seven days even urgent. Patients need compassion, comfort and counseling during tough time during sunset years. Nobody is getting back to explain test results

My son's urology doctor works this clinic and she is nice, people are mostly nice, and his surgery went smoothly. The doctors and everyone in surgery center were nice too. However, after his surgery, he needed checkup and that day it snowed. I drove with my child for his appointment and guess what? They decided to open late because of the snow. If I can drive how come they cannot? They called me in the morning when my phone is in ariplane mode and left a message. Since I was in hurry in the morning I did not check the voicemessages. I came to the office and there was another person like me. Then, the nurse practitioner saw my son. On our second checkup day, 2 days before our appointment they called me and left a message that my appointment is on 06/12 ThursdY. I even called the office that
