I’ve been coming here since I was 18 years old so I’ve been coming here more than a decade and I have to say that this place is amazing. I’m not the best when it comes to dental but there they joke around with you. They’re straight up with you and they’re gentle and I go for my cleaning every six months and if there’s any feelings or crowns or anything like that, there’s always a will there’s a way they said they take the time to listen to you and when you’re a chicken like me for the dentist, there’s things to help you with that so if you need a good dentist, this is the place. Heili does a phenomenal job with my dental cleaning. She’s also very conversant which makes my cleaning experience enjoyable! Dr. Aiello also does a phenomenal job of checking my teeth and gums to ensure they’re in good condition.

Hadeer did an amazing job with my teeth cleaning. She was very gentle, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. She’s also incredibly kind and friendly. Highly recommend her!

Will never go back. I found this dentist based on online reviews and went in for a routine cleaning. The hygienist recommended a “deep cleaning,” which I agreed to. The cleaning itself was very average at best, and only afterward did I learn it would cost about $120 extra. There was no clear explanation of the cost upfront. Even putting that aside, the experience with my wife was far worse. She only went because of how close the office is to where we live. She has no history of gum or dental issues other than a cavity or two in her youth and expected a quick visit. She was also told she “needed” a deep cleaning. They only completed one side of her mouth and required a second appointment to finish the other side. TWO TRIPS for the same thing that I got done in one and she had to pay more

I scheduled an appointment at 4 PM as a new patient. They called me the day before and asked me to come in at 3:30. I show up at 3:30 waited almost an hour. Still not called back. Halfway into waiting, I asked the receptionist how Much longer because they did call me to come in earlier. She said a few more minutes they were just running behind. Working in the dental field, I don’t know how you are working an hour behind schedule and not even acknowledge that you have a new patient waiting . No one seemed to even care when I told them I was leaving. Sad!
