The entire experience made me uncomfortable. Mostly because of the hygienist who was condescending, rude and unprofessional. I was a new patient and was hoping to take advantage of their special offer, A cleaning and bite wing X-rays for $89.00. However, I was told I was not considered a "New Patient," now I'm considered an "Emergency Case" instead, because I mentioned I wanted to determine why I was experiencing some sensitivity and slight pain with one tooth when I bite down but it doesn't hurt other than that. The hygienist said I would be charged the regular price for a cleaning, which is $135.00, since I was no longer able to get the new patient special, now that I'm being considered an emergency case.(which is completely ridiculous) Therefore, with their unethical bait and switch, I
