You are supposed to care for patients. At the Myrtle Beach Center, your students take every single parking spot for people who can't walk far. Every single one!!! I have complained to the Drs offices, I have complained to Grand strand. Despicable, it shows that you don't teach nurses consideration for patients. I am appalled. I have had to sit in the car and not be able to go in to see the Dr with my husband, so my car doesn't get towed because I'm illegally parked. I have watched seniors struggle to find a spot close enough and the struggle to get to the door. Y'all should be ashamed.
This school is not the best place in terms of program/curriculum. This is coming from a woman who has been through different degrees and certificates. Don't waste your time with this school they seem to be all about the $$$ (this school is beyond expensive). I was not impressed at all.
Glad I got out when I did the place is falling apart and the good instructors are mostly gone..
As a nurse from the state of NY and now retired & moved South, I'm disappointed in this school that they do not acknowledge or at least look into a young lady that is currently in their nursing program who has an active opiate problem and allowing her out in the hospital to interact with real patients. This disturbs me as well as scares me on how desperate we are to have nurses ..we just allow anyone in the program.
This school would be great but one thing I didn’t like is the students are really rude. This was part of the real work life. People don’t like you because of who you are. But a person goes on job and doesn’t care who like them or not. Now where the problem comes in is the the professors. They all gang up on you. Treat you a certain way. Not knowing they have been picking on someone who has a disability. In healthcare, we should know better. It’s not nice to be that way. You have no way of knowing someone’s condition. Besides they shouldn’t be acting like that on anyone. They will try to embarrass you in front of the class. They will role their eyes at your answers. God sees and hears everything. I wonder was all of this planned by one teacher and he spread the word amongst other. You can
