Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I paid two deposits for upcoming treatment and canceled in advance. Despite no services being performed, the office refused to refund my money and said they were holding it due to an internal “office protocol” tied to unrelated insurance payments. After reviewing everything I signed, there is no written or disclosed policy allowing them to withhold deposits. Withholding a patient’s money based on an undisclosed internal rule is extremely concerning and feels dishonest and improper. My cleaning appointment was also a poor experience. I clearly explained that I have sensitive teeth, yet the hygienist worked aggressively without adjusting her technique. The cleaning was unnecessarily painful and felt rushed and inconsiderate. Very happy with my experience at Gale Ranch Family Dental.. everyone from the reception staff to the doctor were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Avalon who was cheerful, extremely kind and thoughtful and made a potentially uncomfortable procedure very bearable. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Gale Ranch Dentistry. Mina was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and honestly so fun to talk to — she made the visit feel relaxed and easy. Dr. G was kind, honest, and had excellent chairside manner. I really appreciated that he took my best interests into account and never made me feel rushed or pressured. As is always the case, Kelly did an excellent job doing my cleaning. She is always ready with suggestions to help my dental cleaning routine. Lots of positive feedback. Dr. Chang did my exam very professionally. He listens to my opinions on future work to be done and explains any needs clearly .
