The front office staff was nice, and the office itself was clean and welcoming. However, I was disappointed with what I observed in the back. I did not see the beds or chairs being wiped down between children. Multiple children were allowed to get on the same bed one after another without it being cleaned in between, which raised concerns about sanitation and safety. Additionally, the dentist seemed disengaged and uninterested. She briefly told me that my child needed fillings but did not go into detail or thoroughly explain the treatment plan. Instead, the focus quickly shifted to brushing and flossing at home without clearly discussing the condition of my child’s teeth or answering any questions. There was very little engagement with me as a parent, which made the experience feel rushed

brought my 1 year old in as soon as I noticed white spots on her teeth. I was told it was “normal” and to just keep brushing. I trusted that advice but the spots got worse. When we returned her teeth were already like cracking at the top and we were still told everything was fine and to wait until it got worse basically for them to do anything The part that hurts the most is when you, as a parent, know something isn’t right and the people who were supposed to help you dismissed it. I relied on their professional judgment and because of that, my baby’s cavities progressed far more than they should have. We finally went to a NEW dentist who immediately identified multiple cavities and gave us clear treatment options. They explained everything in detail, something I wish had happened months

I am very particular about dental offices especially for my son who has Autism. Upon walk in, I fell in love with this place. Very kid friendly. I love how they have Bible scriptures and encouraging words throughout. You don’t see that often and honestly I welcomed it. The staff was very friendly and patient with my son. The only downside is that both dad and I could not go in the back with him which I understand for sanitary reasons so dad went with him. I never heard him cry or whine..which is not how our visits usually go but did hear the staff encouraging him and just being really patient. Dad had high praises as well. There was absolutely no wait. The place was clean. I love how they highlighted a plant based sugar called Xylitol. Had no idea what it was, so I also learned something

Front desk not helpful. They were charging $129 per my toddler visit. Verifying my insurance took too long. Older lady was rude and stated well you can just pay cash. Right, there are other pediatric clinics who have better customer service than this dental place.

My girls have been coming here for the past year and wow! I love the staff and how caring they are to the little ones. The patience they have is 10/10. Autism friendly for sure. We have never had to wait for long periods of time. Visits are quick. Highly recommended
