FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers

Response is non-existent. First I filled the request an appointment form online and heard nothing. Then I sent an email and again heard nothing. I called the office and asked if I needed a script and was told yes. She said once I got a script to call back for an appointment. I got the script and called again. The call went to voicemail and I never heard back. This was sometime in May. I am now elsewhere and very happy. Apparently this place doesn't need the business.

This office is fantastic, from the physical therapists to the office staff, everyone is very professional, kind and knowledgeable. My grandparents are newer patients of the office and are not the easiest to work with at times. Katherine and Alysa are incredible, I'm forever grateful for their compassion and expertise. THANK YOU!!!

Had my first visit today and it was amazing. I have a rare disorder and they knew exactly what it is and the implications. This office is one of very few I have seen in the greater area that really knows what I am dealing with and how to treat it without Googling. I would highly recommend.

WONDERFUL experience from the door (John and Leah) to the gym. Shellie Kraetz is patient and well qualified to help you in recovery. I have had both knees replaced and have chronic back pain. Shellie is helping me deal with both. She and her entire staff is a Trusted 5 stars

Over the last week I have called this place 5 times and left 4 messages trying to get an appointment. The voicemail says they will call back and I am still waiting
