Hands down the best pharmacy I've ever been to. Everyone in there knows every customer by name and we'll go out of their way to do everything they can to help you. If you have problems with getting your prescription filled due to insurance reasons or whatever they will bend over backwards to make sure they can get it taken care of. I can walk in and put a request in for a refill and have it done within 5 minutes. I've never been to such a friendly and dedicated pharmacist before. Mike is amazing he knows every customer by name and makes a point to be personally involved with everybody's prescriptions and needs. I have never left there unsatisfied or not taking care of

Tried speaking to the pharmacist Julia and she couldn't have been more rude. Kept me on hold for over 15 minutes while she researched something that she should know as a pharmacist. She found an answer that she didn't like, that I told her was the case, because when I called back, she wouldn't even speak to me, she just hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Please do better when customers call in looking for help. You're a pharmacy.

They are the nicest people who work there. They are really fast and efficient and are always willing to bend over backwards and help you out. I highly recommend Futrell’s for all your pharmacy needs. I truly cannot imagine why everyone doesn’t use this pharmacy. There’s Never a wait. They fill prescription extremely fast!

I've been going there since I was a little girl with my grandma. I'm 61 now and to me, there's no better more caring service...
