Drugco Discount Pharmacy

Very personalized. They know me and call my name. Very friendly people. There are a few newbies, and in time, I'm sure they will know me as well. Stops what they are doing to assist you when you ask. Seems to have whatever I need. Not a very big place, though.

Friendly pharmacists and staff. Nice selection of gifts and supplies.

I have dealt with this Drugco since they opened and have had nothing but exceptional service from everyone! Weldon, one of the pharmacists, is outstanding and a true asset to Drugco and our community! He has gone out of his way to help me with questions and is always willing to help as are the rest of the employees. Love my Lake Gaston Drugco!

I've been using this pharmacy for almost 10 years and have nothing but praise. The wonderful staff have gone over and above during very difficult times (medically) and have always gone out of their way to be helpful and supportive. I don't usually make online reviews, but this is one that I should have done a long time ago.

Pathetic beyond belief! Pharmacists are supposedly highly trained, this one can't figure out how a calendar or a phone works, or how to count to 120 correctly! They screw up my prescription every single month without fail, and then try to blame it on my doctor. (I'm not exaggerating - EVERY MONTH!) They gave me numerous controlled prescriptions with the WRONG NUMBER of pills in the bottle! Sometimes they give me more, sometimes less - obviously not counting at all! UPDATE: They found this review and tried to make me remove it! Could not be more unprofessional or illegal! I had to go without my important medications for a day because of this! Pharmacist Taylor Hightower is unfit for the job and complaints have been filed with the NC board of pharmacy. She is both arrogant and incompetent.
