Kimberlee and Dr. Subramanian took great care of me and truly helped ease a lot of anxiety I had going into my visit. Even the front desk were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I do have to deduct some points due to billing discrepancies. I was originally quoted $201 for the work. As I was signing paperwork, the front desk mentioned adding a $50 deductible, which somehow brought the total to $301.90 — nearly $100 more than the original quote. When I returned the next day for the services, I was ultimately charged $354.40. I have been a patient at Fusion Dental for 15 years and have always had a great experience. I love that someone always picks up the phone when I call, the text notifications are great, the front staff is helpful and pleasant, and I’ve have a great dental care.

The office manager can be quite rude, and several of the front desk staff don’t seem very knowledgeable. I had to ask the same billing and insurance questions multiple times before finally getting an accurate answer. The overall practices feel somewhat deceptive. I have dental insurance that fully covers routine care twice a year, yet the office continually adds extra services without asking for my approval or explaining the cost upfront, and then bills me for them afterward. This has happened more than once, and it’s very frustrating.

My experience at Fusion was very positive. The dental hygienist Larisa was welcoming and made the process as comfortable as possible. She was also knowledgeable as she clearly explained each step along the way and the plan for the future.
