Dr. Elvis Fonjungo has been my PCP for my last two visits and I am so grateful to have found him. As a woman of color living in a community where the healthcare provided is often poor, it means a lot to see a doctor who truly prioritizes patient health and helps change that narrative in his own way, even without realizing it. From his exam and assessment to the patient education he gave me that was tailored to my needs as a Black woman and for my age, I felt very comfortable and listened to. His welcoming and professional nature made it easy to open up and really talk about my health. I have never received this level of quality care in the Bronx before and I am thankful for the difference Dr. Fonjungo brings.

I would like to congratulate nurse Leslie Balbi for her dedication and empathic with the patient. On December 18, 2023 I arrived to the clinic looking for TB mediaction, and tgere was noone win the clicnic who woul privide the medicaion. I am without TB treament medication since Saturday . Lesile called and send emal message trying to contact some, but no one ansered her messages. I am in the clic trying to get the medication. Note: the clinic changed my appointment fro Dec 13th to Dec 21, but did not prove medication, i believe this a a negligence because i was told at the clic i can tot stop tge treatment for one day. The clicnic never anwer my call but after 6 days.

Not for anything but the staff itself need to be more polite there always with some attitude like if they hate working ..and this place needs some serious fixing or at least a big clean up. The bathroom itself are always very dirty and just walking into the bathroom its very gross ..Add some bright color to the place looks so dark and depressing like an asylum!!!!
