She did the start of the sessions for doc and she was so great at finding the triggers on my body and giving me good information to help me understand what I was experiencing. I was so excited to hear she started the massage work here and quickly signed up for my first session. IT WAS INCREDIBLE. I simply cannot recommend Rachel enough. I had been struggling with headaches/ migraines on a regular basis and as a last ditch effort I went to Rachel just to see if it might actually help. I told her I thought it was my sinuses or tension, and she came up with a plan to target the muscles that specifically cause those types of issues. During the session she walked me through what she was doing and what area it targeted ( I like this sort of info but if you prefer a quiet massage, she would absolutely oblige). Rachael is a miracle! I have been having pain with my left arm since thanksgiving, so more than two months. I met her at the climbing gym when she was giving free 15 min massage.
