Excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Schapiro was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining my daughter’s diagnosis and treatment options. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered clearly. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the office was clean and well organized. Thanks to their care, I’m already feeling significant improvement. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled orthopedic doctor.

This facility is absolutely fantastic. They took great care of my wound, paid full attention to my concerns and addressed it. I preferred their care way more than I did the service at the ER. Everyone was absolutely amazing.

I am surprised by the level of stupidity / willful greedy ignorance at this clinic. Came here yesterday with my Dad to get a gel knee injection for this arthritis. This is an injection that's helped him in the past, but his regular ortho wasn't available for a few weeks, so we thought we could get it done at an ortho urgent care. I called beforehand to confirm they're equipped to do GEL knee injections: they said yes. When filling out all of the paperwork at intake, I again clearly indicated the purpose for our visit, and in his list of medications, I included Plavix. The nurse said that first he would have x-rays taken, then would be seen by the doctor. When the doctor finally saw my dad, he said that he COULDN'T give my dad any injection AT ALL because he had to pause his Plavix f

Not gonna lie, I usually don’t come across many places that actually have good customer service, especially when it comes to medical stuff. But this spot was fire. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, everything was fast, easy, and smooth. The staff was helpful, respectful, and made the whole process stress-free. I didn’t feel rushed, and they actually took the time to explain things. Overall, really good experience. Highly recommend if you need orthopedic care or urgent care.

It took 90 minutes for them to validate my Medicare and secondary coverage. That was the worst part. After that things went smoothly. They tech and the physician were very understanding of my issue. The doctor had a great bedside manner. I have used this facility in the past and would recommend them to others. I will use them if needed.
