Full Bloom Pediatrics

I received this letter along with a bill. We arrived 15 minutes late. I left work, picked my daughter up from school drove across town through construction and got there 15 minutes late. The font office asked the practitioner if she would still see us and she denied to see us. My daughter was sick, and the best they could is to have me call again the next morning to see if I could get another appointment. While this was disappointing, I accepted that we had missed the appointment. But to then receive this harsh threatening letter and a bill on top of that is too much. This demonstrates a lack of empathy and understanding.

Dr. Williams has been my children’s doctor for nearly 14 years, and we are incredibly grateful for her care and guidance over the years. What I appreciate most about her is that she truly listens, welcomes questions, and considers a variety of modalities and resources to support her patients. As a parent, I feel respected and heard, and it's clear that Dr. Williams genuinely cares about our family and our children's well-being. We also appreciate the friendly and helpful office staff. We feel very fortunate to have Dr. Williams practicing here in Las Cruces.

Dr. Owens was the best pediatrician, when she left we were not notified and were given to another doctor who we didn’t choose and then recently given to another doctor when the second one left. I’m so sad that really no one cares enough to communicate with us even though we have been there for over 9 years! New Dr is rude and is willing to lose 2 patients because we arrived a few minutes after the appt, She refused to see us and then sent us a nasty letter stating “she is willing to give us one more chance” and if we are ever late again she will refuse to see her and all siblings. Great way to start a new Dr/patient relationship. I was on the fence about leaving before but am definitely going elsewhere now.

My children have been going here for over 10 years, I couldn’t be happier! The staff is kind, helpful and professional. Sally at the front desk is always accommodating and so pleasant! The doctors are all wonderful, smart women and they are all great with my kiddos. We primarily see Dr. Owens and love her! The wait times are short and the office is clean and inviting. I will never take my children anywhere else!

Both my Children see Dr. Owen's who is great and really knowledgeable. She always takes her time and doesn't like to prescribe medication if it is not needed, like many Doctor's out there. We love Dr. Owen's and highly recommend her. The nurses there are also great and always answer all my questions. I see many reviews that say other staff is rude. I have never had a bad experience with anyone at the office they are always professional.( been coming for over 6 years) There is a reason why they are not taking any new patients and that is because are great.
