Fujimoto & Lee

I was satisfied with Dr. Fujimoto's professional skill in tooth removal. However, on the bill they mistaken the number of the teeth I removed (#32 instead of #30) So I am having trouble to do a crown at my dentist because my insurance won't cover as the tooth is already "removed" I went back and forth with Delta Dental and hasn't figured out how to correct this. Each time it took me hours to get through to the customer service people who said they would try to help but received no response later. It's very troublesome and I haven't done the crown yet, actually already 2 years has passed. I just received an email from Google saying people are reading this review, that's why I am updating it and downgraded the star rating from 5 stars to 3 stars, just be careful with details. Very disappointed with the dentist Fujimoto's front office, they made an appointment for me to see him today 17th...Friday and the office was locked I had to knock (the office next door advised me to do so)and the receptionist came and unlocked the door, she lies and said she tried to call me to say the doctor was very sick today and yesterday, not possible if they called there would have been a message. They had my email address, where they sent me documents to fill out. The doctor was on vacation last week, unless I read he is dead, I don't believe he is sick. She can only reschedule next month, I have waited for this appointment as I rescheduled my vacation...no consideration. I don't know who to blame but it is the most unprofessional situation.
