Fry's Pharmacy

Every time my husband or I call them, we are told a timeframe to pick up our medicine and then they either don’t have the prescription in process and we have to call back three times or they just blatantly lie to our faces… I am all for people having a bad day, but it’s been months and months and months of us just getting so frustrated because we just want to plan our trips into town. I have told them this over and over and over and now I am just done. It takes over an hour for us to drive home and back to go pick up a prescription so when we are told a day and a time we show up and then they don’t have it ready every single time.. WE ARE GOING TO CORPORATE with this and we have recorded phone calls and interactions to prove they are lying to us.

Came to pick up Sunday, said it would be ready Tuesday. I can’t find this prescription on the website, try calling….such a JOKE!! 3 times I called and hung up after a 30+ minute hold EACH TIME. Could not get ANYONE to talk to me! I’m furious! Is there a competent competitor I can switch to? I’ve worked in a Pharmacy for 5 years and never have I ever experienced this or put my customers in this position. Unacceptable. I sure hope Corporate sees these reviews, something needs to be done.

I hate leaving a bad review for them because the people that work here are so kind. Unfortunately they are really overworked and understaffed, so I cannot recommend anybody use this pharmacy until that is fixed. Most of the time when you call the phone just rings endlessly without being picked up, if it is picked up you are asked to hold before being placed on hold for 10 minutes before it disconnects. It takes them a full day to fill a prescription, if you are lucky, and they can't ever give you an accurate time frame for when it will be ready. We live 30 minutes from this pharmacy (from all pharmacies, rural life) so not being able to plan our day around when we need to go to the pharmacy to pick things up is extremely inconvenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. I transferred my prescriptions here because the pharmacy is conveniently located and has a drive through. However, and unfortunately, this pharmacy appears to be understaffed or overworked. It's difficult to get a prescription filled or refilled. It's unfortunate but I may consider reverting to using another pharmacy.

Worst Frys pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Very rude to customers and takes very long to greet us and to hand prescriptions over. Takes days to even fill the simplest prescriptions. Not a reliable pharmacy at all.
