Hayden deserves a wonderful review, he is over the top helpful, every time I have been there, and I’m a high maintenance situation that he make easy , both pharmacist’ I’ve dealt with for two years are extremely conscientious about my prescriptions and always ask the proper questions that are pertinent to my particular case, I thank them for their service!

Best pharmacy in town, they are always caring and respectfull, even when absolutely under pressure. They always come through when my daughter has an issue, and its appreciated. I have to assume that the negitive reviews are mostly entitlement based, ( someone had to wait their turn in line or didnt feel special enough), because i have never seen anything other than everyone in that pharmacy being professional and doing their best.

I don't understand all of the one star reviews. I have used this pharmacy for over 10 years and they have always been accommodating to my needs. There have been a few occasions where they have not had my wifes medications, but that was due to the nationwide shortage of certain drugs. All of the pharmacies in town have had this problem over the past few years. I have checked around several times.. Shout out to Pam. I saw her named in a negative review. She has always been great to me.

Pharmacy staff are not caring. They tell you a time your RX will be ready and then it not ready at the time they told you. Very very unprofessional. People getting their meds in a timely manor is very important. These are meds that are keeping them alive, and being without them because of uncaring, unprofessional RX staff is not acceptable!! Why would you not have these meds on hand? I personally use Walgreens for my prescriptions and have never ever had an experience that the person I'm writing this for had. Very sad, what this world has become.

Love the convenience of Fry's Pharmacy. Everyone who works there is always so friendly and helpful. There is a pharmacy staff shortage in the Verde Valley and therefore occasional delays or long waits. I recommend using auto refill if possible--it makes refill times so much faster.
