Fry's Marketplace

This would be a 5 star review, but some things could be improved: 1) There is no way to walk out of here with a sliced bagel, as far as I can tell. They don't sell them pre-sliced, the bakery didn't want to slice them for me, and they don't even sell a bagel slicer. Their bagels do taste good though (I write this as I brush one thousand crumbs off of my t-shirt from slicing it myself.) 2) The chicken tenders are not prepared on time. One of the best things here is the tenders. I can understand them being 5, maybe even 10 minutes late (I was told they should be out at 11am,) but I am not sticking around until 11:25am. 3) The packaged arugula somehow always has a ton of water and moisture inside of it. I have to take it home and separate it into multiple containers with paper towels insid

The guy at the deli/hot foods counter with the glasses and hair net is amazing- always eorking hard, always thoughful and polite and providing the best service. He clearly has a strong work ethic and moral compass and has a bright future ahead of him. The store is ok, also. It's hard not to beat out Albertsons.

In general, I like this store. However, their bathrooms are locked. I asked for the code so I could wash my hands before touching the produce. I was told they could not tell me the code but could let me into the bathroom. However, everyone was busy and it would be several minutes. What the hell is wrong with these people when they do not let their customers use the bathroom. This is a ridiculous policy.

This store is clean. I found everything I needed and more. The celery, green peppers, apples, strawberries and blueberries looked so good, fresh, plenty to choose from. Bought mesquite smoked turkey slices and Genoa salami from the deli. I have purchased their deli meats several times. Several types to choose from. They fresh sliced it at the thickness I requested. Many people shopping but not too crowded and many were pleasant and kind. Several emplyees asked me If I was finding what I needed including the Starbucks caramel macchiato creamer I had trouble finding and the brought it to me. I like to shop at this Frys on Main and Greenfield. Several items I purchased were on sale. I do recommend shopping here.

Two employees were so far above and beyond the call of duty for me when I was having the day we all never want to have, and Brian heard me talking out loud as I passed isles he worked on and he chased me down...."Hey, I got you! Let me help you!" At checkout, while falling apart, Julian, let me talk to let it out to aide me as I tried to check out, and when I told her, both hands she raised over her mouth and she said the words, "Oh my God, you are a real saint," with the most truly authentic smile of joy and yet understanding for my actual loss and pain at the same time. The shock and awe in disbelief she gave saved me from so much pain. I needed a stranger to give me that joy, that love, and reassurance as someone was torturing me on the phone based on greed and self imposed purpose to
