Dr. Fry and her team are exceptional professionals. Her support staff is highly knowledgeable and courteous. Upon arrival, we are consistently greeted with a warm smile. I appreciate the assistants' proactive approach in providing updates on the treatment's progress. Dr. Fry adopts a comprehensive approach, identifying the underlying causes of misalignment and developing a plan to address these issues, ensuring optimal results and long-term functionality.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The orthodontist seemed competent and helpful, the office staff assistant Paula was very difficult to work with when it came to rescheduling. I ended up using another orthodontist and wasted several hundred dollars at this clinic. I would not recommend them, especially if you have an emergency come up such as a surgery or your work schedule is demanding. There’s certainly an attitude of them being more important than you as a client and that you need to accommodate them. I would not recommend this facility after what I experienced. I gave two stars because the orthodontist seemed decent enough, however I am shocked at how she chose to handle this situation.

What an excellent experience from the moment you check in! All of the staff are knowledgeable and kind! Dr Fry is thorough in her examination and very thoughtful when discussing your treatment plan. She takes care of our entire family ! She’s the best!

Dr. Fry was informative and very detailed oriented. She looked at all aspects of my jaw and mouth and then to other areas like the tongue. Her knowledge was incredible. She answered all my questions and inquiries. I wish all doctors had this philosophy looking for the root cause not just a fix.
