My mom was just admitted there today for therapy, the staff was totally sincere and pleasant. Rhonda Miller is amazing. She did everything we asked. I'm not sure the lady's name who is my mom's nurse, but she was wonderful also

Rhonda was an awesome nursing assistant that took care of my mother when she first arrived. The Floor Nurse took extra time to make us feel more acceptable of leaving our mother in their care.

UPDATED 8 months later: Heartfelt thanks to ALL the staff at Sterling for seeing my sister and her family through very difficult weeks. You cared not only for my sister’s physical, medical, and emotional needs, you cared for me (day and night for weeks as I sat with her), and did so with other family and friends as if we were your own. In the last two years, we have chanced to visit many medical centers, hospitals and care facilities, including the big one in Baltimore and by far, you exceed them all. When I called, you answered. I cannot say enough about the professional, caring treatment received by my elderly Uncle during his rehabilitation. When he entered the facility, after previously in the care of another separate institution, he was very confused, unable to walk and could barely tend to himself. We had fears that Dementia was setting in and that he would never return to his home. And while I couldn't visit due the the Covid virus, I could hear the steady progress as he and I spoke almost daily, and when I picked him up after his weeks of therapy the transformation was unbelievable. He's back to the man we knew! I would not have expected such results in the best of times, but the way Staff dealt with the uphill battle he faced and Covid as well, was nothing short of a miracle.
