Froedtert Pharmacy - Froedtert Hospital

The staff there I would genuinely give a five stars to as they are all extremely nice, genuinely caring, considerate & know what they are doing. The fact that the pharmacy is open 24/7 makes it easier to get into and out of much faster (the good news). The bad news, is if you do happen to come at a high traffic time, it can take forever to get out of there and the place is small so I get claustrophobic if it's packed and there's a line of sick people, crying babies, frustrated complaining customers, just knowing that once I DO finally get out of there, I still have to get through all of the constant construction and traffic just outside of the hospital and on my way home. The parking garage confuses me as there are seemingly far more parking spaces for disabled people than literal regular

I love your pharmacy, however your pharmacist Angela Seufert's attitude concerning ADHD medication is not what I am looking for in a pharmacy. Rudely telling a customer to "stop talking" while raising your hand in a stop motion is completely inappropriate. Making up arbitrary pick-up times in front of a customer is also really weird. Trying to complain to Freodtert is useless, so I've made the unfortunate decision to leave your pharmacy and move to Hayat. One bad judgemental apple really can ruin the whole bunch. Do better ANGELA/ANGIE. I am appalled at her bad attitude. I am a customer who has NEVER requested an early refill and was not attempting to when I had to deal with you. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs, they try to come up with various excuses and have zero empathy. A human life is not to be played with, junk corporations like Froedtert with their only profit approach have destroyed the medical system of this country. So, my situation was I needed a certain medication for my skin - without which I get rashes and lesions. Now in order to get a refill they want me to setup an appointment with the dermatologist and now the best part, they have no openings for a month! So, when I called Froedtert pharmacy they said due to the insurance stipulation that a dermatologist would need to fill the prescription. So, in short no medication for me! Now a multi-million hospital is saying "you can pay full price" or we have a "medicine pool" so if you would like we would

The pharmacy offers a nice selection of OTC medicines and vitamins/supplements The staff are efficient. My prescriptions are filled quickly. The pharmacists briefly review each prescriptions at the checkout and they are always willing to answer questions. The place is busy yet staff takes time for each patient.

Love that they're open 24/365. I no longer have to deal with my meds being on back order, and I get a notification when my meds are ready for pick up. Only down side is the tech. They make things extremely difficult when you try to fill medications that you have taken for years.. otherwise I'm pleased and happy.
