Froedtert Community Hospital - Pewaukee

The Staff and Dr.Ippen at Froedtert Emergency Hospital in Pewaukee were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring. They took excellent care of me and made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate their compassion and professionalism. Thank you to the whole team.❤️

I will never go to this hospital again. It is a great hospital if you’re really white and don’t care about compassion. The nurses had zero compassion and made assumptions about who I was before they even asked me any questions. If you are black or brown, please do not go to this hospital. You will not have a good experience.

Horrible Went there with blood pressure super high body aches and head ache. They made me wait 3 hours for liquid ibuprofen, the doctor was of course looking at me like I’m there for meds. So come to find out after hours I have swollen large intestines and spot on my kidney.. no medicine was given to me at all. I was peeing weird and my body was beyond pain. Blood pressure and pulse was sky high. I got sent home and told to get an MRI of my stomach..I’m a human being seeking help. I Still hurting horribly bad and don’t know what to do. this place is horrible Especially if you don’t look like them.. Don’t go here

I’ve had the best experience. I normally get good service but tonight the staff was phenomenal! Shelley was my nurse she was so sweet and validated my pain and discomfort. And dr green was just as sweet . She explained everything to me ,answered every question I asked and genuinely seemed like she cared about how I can move forward with my treatment with my normal dr . Idk if they read these but shelley and dr green again thank you so much for hearing me and being what the healthcare system needs !

The front desk people were the only ones who were nice and deserve to work somewhere better than here. Me and my partner went to the emergency room last night and he was in a lot of pain, throwing up, etc. The nurses kept taking their sweet time to come back in the room with little to no information. We had met this tall skinny white chick that was extremely rude to him, and a Hispanic lady who was extremely unprofessional and rude as well. They practically kicked my partner out of their care after just giving him a bunch of medications and not explaining anything to him, as well as threatened to call the cops on him for not leaving when they wanted him to. Needless to say, if you are extremely ill or in pain I would probably suggest driving a little further to ensure you’re getting better
