CVS Pharmacy

Calling into the store is a joke. Very un personal. I say I want to talk to someone and the recording hangs up. I wish I didn’t have to use this store. Trust me if you can avoid it do it. Drive-through is always closed. People don’t know what they’re doing. It’s almost as if they keep the recording on so they don’t have to be bothered. Terrible store. You need a phone number that people actually answers the phone.

CVS in Springdale and Pewaukee were excellent in providing my vaccines in a timely and professional manner. Samuel, the pharmacist was excellent at informing me of information about the specific vaccines and future vaccines. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs vaccines such as Covid, shingles, flu, and so many others.

The pharmacy at this location is always poorly managed. Somehow every person I end up behind takes 10-15 minutes to process, yet my pickup only takes a couple minutes. Extremely aggravating. There needs to be an express line. I sometimes pickup online orders and there is typically no one at the front registers for this. Their philosophy seems to be that the self-checkout is there so no one is needed at the registers.

While the few employees are very nice there are too few of them and therefore the store is unable to function. The drive through has been closed the last several times I have been to this location which was a major inconvenience since I had my baby with me for at least 1 of the visits and had been relying on using the drive through. This time I was trying to get there shortly after they opened so I could get some medicine for my sick kid and the building wasn't even opened until 8:10 and the pharmacy wasn't opened until after 8:20. CVS, please hire more employees so your store can function and actually offer services to customers.

absolutely the worst pharmacy ever they don’t help you. They’re not handicap, friendly the drive-through is never open extremely slow, understaffed and downright rude. avoid at all costs
