Friendly Pharmacy, Inside Extra Supermarket

The staff here works hard to serve the community, and Molly in particular is a real asset — she’s kind, knowledgeable, great with customers, and clearly cares. She’s also only been here about 7 months, and you can already see the positive impact she’s having. One operational issue that really needs attention: although the pharmacy is posted to open at 11:00 on Saturday, it often doesn’t actually get up and running until about 20-30 minutes later because the system takes time to come online. On top of that, staff are sometimes arriving as early as an hour before opening but don’t have access to the pharmacy, which leads to unnecessary waiting for both employees and customers who are expecting service to begin at the posted time. Friendly Pharmacy truly lives up to its name. The staff is incredibly welcoming, patient, and professional, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is handled smoothly. Prescriptions are filled quickly, questions are answered thoroughly, and I never feel rushed. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that combines efficiency with genuine care, but Friendly Pharmacy does exactly that. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service and a personal touch.
