Friendly Pharmacy

This used to be my go to pharmacy when i lived in the area, they deliver and treat you like family. They also have other household products and OTC medications (pharmacy prices tend to be higher). All staff members are good at what they do, they speak Arabic, Spanish for those who need it.

At first, I was going to say that Friendly Pharmacy on the Concourse is a great neighborhood pharmacy. But their service is even better than some of the larger chains. I find them to be courteous and respectful when you walk in. Prices are reasonable. The pharmacists are knowledgeable about their products. Plus they deliver! I’m very pleased with their service and highly recommended them.

This pharmacy is very unclean. The delivery guy Frank was drunk and put his hands on me when he delivered my medication. Very unsafe. I reported to the owner he told me he couldn't fire him because he couldn't find anyone to replace him. Lack of knowledge on medication. The name.is very misleading. Not at all Friendly. " Harrassmnet Pharmacy". Totally disgusting. Dirty floors. Very disrespectful.

Nice pharmacy, friendly people, they are a bit slow but very professional

every time I renew my moms insurance, there’s a problem. I renewed my insurance 2 weeks ago and the insurance company said it’s good to go, I can get my moms refills. I called them again to make sure it’s active, they said it’s active. Why is it that whenever I go to this specific pharmacy and they say it’s not active. I changed the locations and got my prescription there right away. Why is that? Person doesn’t know how to talk to customer either. If you don’t see it, just tell me and give me an explanation, don’t print a paper out that says “not active” what is that suppose to do for me? I only go here because it’s close to me, otherwise I don’t recommend it at all.
