Friendly Dental Group of Indian Trail

I have been going there for at least 3 years maybe 4. My son has as well. Let me start off by saying that Dr. WEN is an amazing dentist and is too good to be there. Their front staff is not friendly and combative. Not all but the office manager is for sure. I noticed a year or so ago that they kept pushing me to get a cleaning when I had cavities that were more important. They would keep calling me pushing the cleanings. I had to forcefully say no. Cleanings hurt if you have cavities, So I insisted on getting my fillings first. They did what I requested. Fast forward to today and my son went in for his consult. They told him that he had cavities. He told me they asked him to get a cleaning next. I told him no, ask them to fix the cavities first. So he told them no to coming in the n

Very impressed with the whole experience. Dr. Patel and the entire staff were amazing, knowledgeable, professional, kind. They walked me through the whole process, made sure I understood each step and curated an impeccable treatment plan. It was quick but thorough- just top tier all around.

Very nice and well taking care of. Especially the dentist. Front desk were kind and sweet. Appreciation 4 all the information in order to help my situation. Look forward to a new smile in 4 to 5 months. Recommend anyone looking to get there Dental done. This is the place to be. True blessing

My husband and I switched to friendly Dental and had our first dental appointment yesterday. The ladies were phenomenal. My dental tech was excellent!!!! Friendly, kind and seemed to really care. Probably one of the best dental tech I’ve ever had. The front desk / billing department was extremely helpful. Took the time to make sure we had coverage before we came in and communicated very well with my husband, and I. We had issues with our insurance company and she went above and beyond to help us!!! I couldn’t write enough about these people. If you need a dentist Please go check them out.

Name fits the personality of this family oriented establishment! Ms. Fran is super helpful every time we visit ensuring that we have the best possible visit each and every time! Front desk staff and dentists are super personable and make sure all questions and concerns are answered/addressed, which goes an extremely loooooong way for me! Keep up the great work guys and we are so blessed to have such great people that genuinely care about their patients! Thank you so very much for all that you do! 🤗
