I had an amazing experience at friendly dental of Whitehall. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Everyone was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The office is clean, and well organized, and you can truly tell they care about their patients. My treatment was handled with great care, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a dental team that combines skill, efficiency, and genuine friendliness the way they do. I highly recommend Friendly Dental of Whitehall to anyone looking for a trustworthy, patient focused dental office. They definitely deserve all five stars!!!

I would definitely not recommend this dentist group. Two things happened when I came here, first time I was recommend 1 crown. A couple weeks later I came back for another tooth and recommended 2 crowns and 1 soon. I ALMOST went thru with it but thank god I went and got a second opinion. I ended up going to a dentist on Providence Rd who gave me a cash discount and told me I needed no crowns but just replace 3 amalgam filling and fix the filling Friendly Dental did. Cost me maybe 1k after the fillings got replaced and fix several other small things. I now only have 1 filling left from Friendly Dental which hopefully I can replace because my dentist said it wasn’t smooth and catches. I was very impressed with the service in our last week visit. My twins were very nervous with their cavity treatment but Quan was very nice, supportive and she answered all my kids questions. She has an angel with kids, my kids trusted her and they felt calm with her. Also, Eva Citalan was great and super helpful since she is bilingual. I love how she cares about my kids and myself. She is very knowledge and caring. Dentist appointments for my kids are scared but Eva and Quan were amazing!!

I visited Friendly Dental due to an emergency tooth ache I was experiencing, front desk was very professional and helpful but I couldn’t imagine going through the dental procedure without Eva (dental assistant), she made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed enough to battle through my dental anxiety, don’t know how to thank her enough for making me experience a 10 out of 10 while going above and beyond for my needs. I have been to multiple dental practices before and have never came across a dental assistant as attentive as her! They are extremely lucky to have her as an employee, if you visit this practice requesting her as your dental assistant will make your experience wonderful!!! Dr. Lapenna is professional, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can really tell she cares about her patients and their comfort. The office is clean, and runs smoothly I never feel rushed or anxious during visits. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more detailed procedure, I always leave feeling confident in my care. I wouldn’t trust my smile with anyone else!
