Friendly City Pharmacy on 2nd

I had a problem, and Lucas took care of it right away. He called me to apologize for what happened, and now I know to ask for a Pharmacy Tech when I have a problem. This is the customer service that big chain pharmacies do not have. I strongly recommend Friendly City Pharmacy.

The only pharmacy I have used since I found them about 5 years ago. Since then they have helped me in so many ways and I am super grateful to have them on my med team. I have never had a bad experience with any of the counter staff, support staff or Pharmacists. They do a jam up job making sure I know what to take and when to take it. A few years ago I started using the Pac-Med program with Ms Bobbie. She is a great asset to the Moon Pharmacy crew and vital to my med team now. Most months I don't know what I would do if it weren't for her. She keeps me supplied and up to date with all my prescriptions. She will call me or the doctor immediately should an issue come up with a refill and will even deliver should the need arise for any reason. I am here #1 fan, for sure! Thank you for all yo

Best pharmacy from Florida to Tifton Georgia. Their staff is so sweet, how they work with you to get your RX out on time. They alert you through texts or calls. They even text your doctor's for refills! The big chain places, make you call in. Won't just text your doctor's for refills. And if they get it that day, or even within hours, they fill it right then and text you. They EVEN deliver! Believe me having your RX with Moons pharmacy is a joy!!

Catherine is amazing!! She went above and beyond to help my 80+ year mother get a prescription filled after Moon's pharmacy had closed on Saturday. Mom was scheduled for surgery on Monday and was in need of her medication. 5 stars for Catherine.
