I’ve been a patient of Dr. Friedman for 20 years. When I saw a two star review, I just wanted to add some “rational balance” to “Google review culture” :-). Or at the very least, provide another point of view. His level of hands on attention and service is from an era bygone. He’s a thorough, kind, and caring professional...and person.
